Works for male chorus by Fredrik Pacius
The composer of the first Finnish opera and the Finnish national anthem, Fredrik Pacius has become known as the father of Finnish music. The Helsinki Chamber Choir is in the process of performing and recording Pacius’ complete works for a cappella choir. In this programme, the third in the series, the focus is on songs for male chorus inspired by thoughts of spring and nature.
